Born and raised in the Houston area. I feel that I have a great advantage of knowing the ins and outs of this Great Big City, as well as the surrounding areas. Real Estate is my Passion, which is why I decided to get my broker's license. Since then, I have gained several designations including ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist).
I am very familiar with the Greater Houston Marketing Area. I would say that listing properties is my specialty. My listing porfolio usually consists of normal market listings, foreclosures and a short sale or two. When I decide to take on a new listing, one of the first steps I take is preparing a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for the seller. It is very important to have an idea of normal market value of the property. Relaying this information to the seller is a must! Everyone must be on the same page. Inspecting the property is also very important. Identifying and communicating the pros and cons is also a must! Once you have completed those two steps, you are now ready to come up with a list price that is consistent with the CMA and the pros and cons of the property. Once the property is listed in MLS, I focus on marketing material, pictures of the property, open houses and availability for showings.
