I've started studying for my real estate license and also doing some research on the real estate profession. In November my family and I will be moving to the Bethlehem or Bucks County area of PA and so if I'm going to make the leap into real estate I will do so soon after we move. My partner and I have renovated our current house and we plan to continue renovating houses and perhaps renovating and reselling as a side business now that our youngest is in college and moving every year or so wouldn't be as much of a drawback for the two of us as it would have been for the kids while they were in school. My partner has also been a self-employed handyman for many years.
