I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert, meaning that if someone is in the process of loosing their home, I have the skills to help them resolve their house situation with a lot less impact that if they were doing it themselves.  I have great negotiation skills and lots of experience in getting the best price for my sellers.  My marketing skills are such, that I can help someone sell their home in less time, to avoid any more unnecessary expenses.   The process of buying and selling homes is so exciting, I love representing buyers and sellers and getting their best interest met. I have a wonderful business relations with Lenders, Title Companies,Home Inspectors, Handymen services.  I also work on Property Management and enjoy helping people find the rentals or help investors who would like to own property in Cache Valley, to be able to do it without the hassle of managing their own.
