| I've had the experience of selling many homes over the years and would always either sell them myself or list with one of the BIG firms. A friend of mine recommended I look into having Mike and Sandy take the listing on my most recent sale so I gave them a shot. From the very beginning, their professionalism and follow-up was vastly superior to all others I've ever used. They sold the property in 30 days and I had expected it to take at least 90.
