with a couple of years spent near Baltimore. I am highly competitive having been a highly rated swimmer , water polo player and award winner surfer. More than that I use my creative talents and listening abilities to discover the characteristics in a property that a buyer wants. Sellers , too tell me what their goals are and I help them actualize their property values in a highly competitive market. I am patient but persistant in my approach with buyers they often find out what they really want after we have looked and virtual tours and visited properties in real time. Sometimes the person who is sure they want a townhouse in

Coconut Grove discovers that they only want to live on the water. My job is defined by these discoveries and assisting them with the search and acquistion. I supply the factual data to answer all of their questions to my best ability. Usually we find the property they want after a few forays into the field but there are times that we have to go longer and farther to satisfy the specific needs whether they are predicated on finances or esthetic tastes. From land development to residential end users it is all

interesting to me and I will pace myself to the energy of the buyers. I

am a Graduate of the Realtors Institute since 1978 and continue to update my knowledge with workshops and seminars on zoning, tax issues, green construction and I keep up with the changing case law in Florida while following relevant information

nationally and internationally. I have watched and been a part of many trends in real estate and economics. I am a Real Estate Broker and I have had my own office , as well. I held a mortgage license for years and have a good knowledge of finance and

the value of money and commerce , as well as the different principals that affect the market. I am able to get along with other agents and have a good and productive experience in cooperative transactions.

Being active and on the membership , ethics and grievance committees of the local boards I have gained and insight and excellent reputation with my peers , clients and customers facilitating repeat clients through the years.

New technical knowledge is incorporated in my work and aids in my performance from digital photography and virtual tours to the

latest in computers and wireless abilities.

But when it comes down to it I would have to say " I LOVE MY JOB ".
