Property Management came hand in hand, since after fixing up the units, if we didn’t flip them, we would manage them.
Keeping up to date with the market trends and having a research team at hand allowed us to prepare for one of the biggest real estate downfalls.
We were able to prepare by building a strong property management team which would allow us to ride the upcoming turbulent times.
Most of our clients were foreign national cash clients and they took advantage of the amazing deals which came out on the market. We fixed up the units, and rented them out.
We created a no nonsense approach to property management. We haven’t had to process an eviction in years, and 95% of our tenants renew their leases after the year.
We have seen that banks are starting to finance more and we are focused on helping local first time home buyers find their new home.
