| Because we were moving from out of the area, we depended greatly on our realtor. Ryan and his team not only did not let us down, they exceed our expectations. After going to an open house on a Saturday at a condo we were interested in, we called Ryan. Within a hour we were back going through the condo with Ryan and John. A hour and half later we had a purchase agreement submitted. We received a verbal agreement from the owners in three hours as suggested by Ryan, beating out a second purchase agreement by just minutes. A written agreement followed 12 hours later. Ryan and his team knew just how to get us our condo without counter offers and bidding wars. Without their expertise and negotiation skills we might not have the condo we truly wanted! |

| He spent several days reviewing properties with me in the Saugatuck area that I had picked off the internet. Was very helpful in helping me to see what I really did want and spent a lot of time drilling down into boring Home Owner Association detail and previous rental history. Also recommended a decent lawyer for me when I asked. |

| Ryan helped us look at homes all day, close to 10 of them, he was very patient and made sure he did his research on the homes. Made sure he knew questions we had or found out for us the answer.
