Ryan is a 2004 Graduate from Northeastern University majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.  Both concentrations have helped Ryan in his Real Estate career but he attributes his success to hard work and dedication.  Ryan says, "My experience at Northeastern was wonderful and the curriculum taught has set me leaps and bounds ahead of my competitors but it's really up to hardwork and continuosly trying to grow as a person and in business." 

Ryan has recently attained his Loss Mitigation Certification which recognizes him as being one of the top professionals in understanding Short Sales, Loss Mitigation, and REO's (Real Estate Owned).  He wanted to take this class because he sees the market staying this way for at least the near future and he wanted to make sure his investor clients were aware of the opportunities out there.  Ryan is also a Licensed Builder in the state of MA and has successfully worked with his family and buying, rehabbing and selling distressed property.
