The bottom line is that I am a straight shooter and operate by the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I have 15 years of residential mortgage lending experience as a loan originator and branch manager. I have worked as a mortgage broker, bank loan officer, and correspondent lender. Inc underwrites and fund loans for several of the largest mortgage lenders in the US (I can't name names). Most loans are transferred to the respective servicing lender shortly after closing. This gives us the ability to pick and choose the lender with the best rate and terms for each client.
All I do is mortgages - no push for checking accounts, bank deposits etc. I am comfortable in saying that if a conventional, FHA, Rural Housing or VA loan can be done, CrossCountry Mortgage Inc and I can usually get it done well, and get it closed faster than most lenders (average 3-4 weeks to closing), and with very competitive interest rates and closing costs. Don't fall for lenders who offer free stuff, because if it seems too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true! I personally manage my client loans from the application until closing.
My business is 100% referral based and I strive to give the best service as possible. My goal is for every client to be pleased to the point that they are comfortable referring there friends and associates. I welcome first time home buyers as well as multiple time homeowners. Prompt and straightforward communication to realtors and customers is a top priority, as this is critical in avoiding any surprises throughout the lending process.
