I am a REALTOR that trains, consults and advises my clients; that protects the interests and confidence entrusted in me by my clients; and, places those interests above all other parties, including my own.

I've always believed that consumers are attracted first to people, not to their products or services. This is not to say that the quality of goods and services are not important in a transaction, but how the consumer is treated is MOST important.
Consumers want to be listened to and have their interests placed above all others. They want to know that you will be loyal to them, that you will hold their confidences, that you will disclose anything that materially effects the value of the home or property they are considering. They want you to be their advocate above all else. This takes a great deal of time, effort and skill on the part of a REALTOR.
A REALTOR who uses good old common sense, who listens and who can adapt to the needs, interests and learning style of their clients wil be successful.
