So as I am typing this short review regarding Roslyn Breitstein's performance as a Realtor, I cannot help myself to think about Roslyn almost as a "family member". She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND her duty of being a Realtor. The above stars just DON'T DO HER JUSTICE. She is an AMAZING, WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING with a HUGE HEART to top it all. I have purchased quite alot of properties in my lifetime, but a Realtor like Roslyn Breitstein I have NEVER EVER encountered. I have used Roslyn's services to sell my house and concomitently to purchase another property in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Not only she has helped me with finding me a Buyer and a Seller, but she helped me actually with all the other moving parts which are extremely stressful when a sell and a buy occur such as: Architects, construction crews, attorneys, cleaning crews, landscape companies and the list goes on and on. Although we only met Roslyn approximately 2.5 months ago, I want Roslyn Breitstein to remain in my and my family's life forever. This is the kind of a MASSIVE IMPACT she has made to our hearts. We all LOVE her dearly and we will also be by her side from here on. Now, it's other individuals/families choice to either choose Roslyn Breistein's services OR use any other Realtor's services who barely have a pulse.....

After we sold our home in Englewood, Roz helped us re-establish our roots. She first found us a comfortable, nearby rental home and convinced the landlord to lower the rent and to accept our big dog in the bargain. Then, as we began our search for a new home, Roz sent us daily listings to consider, in areas both familiar and new to us. She kept in contact with us and showed a lot of patience. Solely, because of Roz's insight, we found our perfect home in an area we never would have thought to look. Roz knew the house was right for us and, of course, she negotiated a great deal. Look no further, Roslyn Breitstein is the best you can get. |

| Bought a single family home in Old Tappan in 2012. Renting my Townhouse. Roslyn Breitstein is simply a FABULOUS Realtor. As a buyer, she consistently showed me properties in my budget, preferable geographical location and desired style. Unlike other Realtors, she thoroughly understood which house would fulfill my needs and did not waste my time showing me houses which otherwise were not personally desirable. Additionally, Roslyn is extremely knowledgeable about today's real estate environment and knows intuitively which properties are values and which are overpriced. Lastly, her responsiveness and attention to detail are impeccable. She impressed me so much, that my wife and I also used her services to rent my townhouse!
