Probably my best area of expertise is the Internet buyer. I have dealt with great people from all walks of life, being their eyes and ears to our market and in finding them a home or property. I have had people from all accross America and from several other Countries call while on my website to discuss a parcel they have found online. I have went out and takin more pictures or measured rooms for them so when they make the trip here most of the legwork is done.
Also being a hunter and fisherman I would like to think I have a great expertise in hunting parcels and cottages. I have fished most of the lakes in our area and have walked a lot of the acreage listed. I know what a hunter needs as well as the fisherman or the family with Orv's looking for a place to ride.
