We have been in the inspection business for over 15 years and have set the standard for our area from day one. We are seasoned veterans that know the various types of construction in our area and how each structure is affected by local weather, mother earth and father time. We are registered professional inspectors with the Florida Association of Building Inspectors, registered members of the International Code Council and Associate members of the American Society of Home Inspectors. All of which require entrance exams and continuing education. Our expierience with buyers from all walks of life as well as actual time in the field sets us apart from other inspection companies. Due to a lack of prior licensing and regulation ALL HOME INSPECTIONS ARE NOT THE SAME. New state requirments have been enacted, but regulation will take some time. In the meantime we will continue to set the standards through education, tools and expierience.
We specialize in inspection of island homes of Sanibel and Captiva, but also have a vast knowledge and expierience of homes on the mainland in the counties of Lee and Collier. We know how to handle excited, nervous first time homebuyers as well as the informed investor or homeowner wether it be average or upper end real estate. We are not alarmnist and our inspections and reports reflect this. We educate our clients with a gentle hand, but at the same make sure our findings are disclosed. Our prices are structured to be competitive, but our service surpass our competition.
