Originally with Real Living/Realty Unlimited beginning in 2004, I was their top producing agent for 10 years. I became affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway in 2014 and was selected to be their Port St Lucie area "Luxury Collection Specialist". I am also ranked in the top 10% of all Berkshire Hathaway agents for my listing and sales performance for 2014.   I attribute my success to the fact that I enjoy what I do, and enjoy creating a partnership with my listing and sales clients.  I have excellent marketing and negotiating skills, and create and manage several websites forregional and global  marketing of my listings. I Specialize in gated, golf and waterfront communities and also help my clients who have smaller properties or investment properties. My exclusive websites, virtual tours quality photos and descriptions are part of my marketing plan along with the extensive outreach of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices marketing capabilities. I love to write advertising and descriptive copy and am always amazed at the lack of descriptive copy and good photography many agents place in their listings. 
I am a communicator and keep my buyers and sellers informed of all steps in our process. Each transaction is a partnership and I treat my clients as I would like to be treated in any business relationship.  I am never away from my telephone or e mail and realize the importance of communication. My approach is not "hard sell" but I never vary from the task at hand, and the results are very positive. Presentation and follow-up on a transaction, spiced with my usual humor seem to be keys to my success.
As a little background, I was a manufacturers’ sales representative, sales manager of an electronics firm and also entrepreneur of a consumer electronics sales business for 35 years.

As an avocation, I was a Sculptor in the Chicago area and enjoyed considerable success as an artist. While I do have a Florida studio, there is little time to pursue this pleasure. As I said, the Real Estate business is all consuming if one is to be successful.  

My wife, Lynn, is my associate in the Real Estate operations and attends to the bookkeeping, recording of listings and sales and other considerable details. We have a great partnership and have been  married for 50+ years and enjoy our wonderful family.

I/we do enjoy many hobbies such as international travel, fishing, nature and bird-watching, art appreciating and more. My varied background as an entrepreneur and multi-interest hobbyist contribute to my overall general knowledge and allow me to approach my Real Estate business with confidence and experience.
