Society has become more and more litigious forcing REALTORS to be more professional. Every year there is a new document required by law to protect either the buyer or seller.

But what does this mean? There are many good agents who are relocation counselors who have never been transferred from one city to another. These agents do a good job with the mechanics of a move, but do they really know how the transferee feels?
