I have been involved most of my business life in Sales and Marketing the last eighteen years of my business background I was President and CEO of a Manufacturing and Distribution Company with five locations in two states. As part of our Business Plan we also purchased Commercial property and leased such of which I was a General Partner. We sold the business and I was fortunate enough to enjoy a sabbatical for six years since I had experience in Commercial Real Estate I chose to enter into the Residential side of the business. So much for my past background!
