I have served the Greater Seattle area full time since 1985. I am still active in sales and devote a great deal of my time to helping other agents implement proven and productive business practices. I have grown in various roles as a top sales agent, managing broker, Owner, Career Development Adviser and Consultant to some of the areas top performing agents. I have held leadership posts in both local and state Realtor Associations and have served on the boards of local non profit agencies supporting children and families in need. Buyers and Sellers should consider working with myself or any member of the Allpoints Marketing Alliance because we offer specialization in various aspects of the local communites we serve and we freely share that experience with each other as the need arises. Moving to Seattle, Everett, Bothell, Mill Creek, Edmonds, Lynnwood or some of the other local communities, we'll get you to the right person for the job. The Allpoints Marketing Alliance Real Estate members Service Residential, Investment and Commercial Real Estate needs in the Greater Seattle, Bellevue and Everett Washington Area. We use a unique combination of specialization and confederation to assist our customers and clients with getting the best information and service to meet their particular situation. We practice real estate using two distinct marketing philosophies that we have managed to turn into customer centric business propositions. The first is what we call the Intimate Marketing Relationship - wherein we concentrate on local involvement and relationships to cultivate a larger following of referred clientele. Each Allpoints Marketing Alliance member focuses on a core base of relationships and product knowledge that embraces 100 -250 Client relationships concentrated in a specific geographic or demographic niche. From there we employ what we refer to as Integrated Dynamic Marketing to remain relevant and accessible to our core constituencies while extending our reach to the broader marketplace through internet (Dynamic) and local (Static) media sources. The benefit to our clients is that by focusing on our local relationships, we are in the best position to assist buyers and sellers we access in the global marketplace when they want to make a decision to live, work and play in an area we know intimately.
