I love the DC area. I grew up in the suburbs of Northern Virginia, and I currently live in Montgomery Co., MD. Washington, DC and the surrounding areas are made up of so many interesting, unique neighborhoods ... there’s something for everyone!

One of the things that I love about being a real estate agent is helping my clients find the perfect niche—that one home or neighborhood that is just right for them. I work tirelessly with my buyers and sellers to make sure they have every advantage in the market.

I also come from the Northeastern US where we have a healthy skepticism for using agents and brokers of any type.Simply put: Robyn exceeded all  my expectations. She is a consumate service person! Her excellent command of the homebuying market and process in the D.C. area aside, she makes you feel like you are her only client. She is in touch all the time -- cell phone, email, text -- and even called me from Paris when she took a short vacation, just to check in. She is highly detail-oriented and understands exactly what you are looking for and is never high-pressure -- something I always fear when using agents/brokers. Whenever I needed a positive voice or some hand-holding, she was there. Whenever she saw a potential glitch, she stepped in on my behalf to make the process smoother.For instance, when I had a problem with my first lender and had to switch banks at the last minute (due to an error and questionable ethics on the bank's part), she referred me to another mortgage company for a rush mortgage  in 8 days -- and they came through with an even better deal than the first lender.  She also steered me to a great settlement company -- and sure enough, my closing was supereasy and quick. The process was painless for me.When I'm ready to sell my place, I think you'll be able to guess who will be selling it!
