As a CCIM, Lee has a vast network of relationships through CCIM and other industry contacts that are a major benefit in carrying out many types of transactions and strategies.  His strengths lie in the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities, and to collaborate and lead a team of professionals to accomplish a common set of goals. These "soft" people skills are grounded in a formal knowledge base earned through his MBA, and CCIM designation.  Prior to KW Commercial Lee worked as an investment advisor for Sperry Van Ness and Colliers International, and in private equity raising for Realty Capital Partners.  Lee currently has a team of 8 advisors in various KW offices.
