I moved to Morehead City, North Carolina from the Raleigh area in June 2007.  Relocating to the Crystal Coast with my husband and son has been wonderful!  I can't say enough positive things about the area.  What a wonderful place to build a life, raise a child, and retire.

I have been a North Carolina resident since 1985.  That is when I left my Southern Virginia home to begin my college career at Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina.  In 1989, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration:  Management.  I then made my home in the Raleigh area, and for more than 10 years, I worked in the insurance industry as a state licensed insurance adjuster.  I left the insurance industry in 1998 to become a full time Mom.  For the past 11 years, I have been blessed to be a cook, chauffer, psychologist, doctor, teacher, sports director, etc...

After buying and selling several homes in North Carolina, I decided to obtain my real estate license in 2007, and once again, get back into the business world.  How exciting to be able to help others with their buying and selling needs.  While, at the same time, I am able to enjoy the flexibility to still be a full time Mom.  I am happy to say that my sales in my first year exceeded $970,000.  I have helped military relocations from as far away as Japan to individuals who were just moving to a different area of the county.  Each one of my buyers and sellers are very special to me!  I want to make their experience with a real estate transaction as easy as possible.  I am committed to my clients and giving them the best service in all avenues of the real estate industry.

I currently serve as the Historian for the Crystal Coast chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and am a member of the Carteret County Board of REALTORS®, where I serve on the Education Committee.  I am also active in the Morehead Middle School PTO as President during the 2009-2010 school year.
