|Best realtor I've ever used! Robert's great at keeping in touch (almost daily updates), and he'll do whatever it takes to help make the sale (and mine had some unique challenges). He monitors the Escrow process continuously, he's well connected to necessary (and reasonably priced) repair people, and he's not above doing manual labor himself when necessary (i.e., taking out and cleaning my bathroom fan, chipping concrete drippings off of the patio, etc.) -- Whatever it takes! I had three offers within a couple of days of being listed! You really can't do better that this guy.
