Our vacation home had been on the market with another company for six months when the listing expired. The very next day we were contacted by Robert Kennedy. Well, Robert earned my business and sold my home in less than three months. It's been over ten years now, and Robert has sold homes for both my children. Every agent I talked to said that winter is the worst possible time of year to list a home for sale. That was before I talked to Robert Kennedy.
