Russ has lived in several areas in Wyoming and truly appreciates the beauty as well as the lifestyle Cheyenne and the surrounding areas provide. His youth was filled with an appreciation of the outdoors, as well as extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. Current hobbies include spending time with his wife Alisa, of 25 years, and his two sons' Brad and Brian. Together they love all outdoor activities including camping, hunting, fishing, and skiing. Russ also enjoys working with various local programs and charitable organizations.
