Seven years ago in Orlando Florida; I found the profession I was meant to do. I found something I enjoyed and have spent the rest of my time perfecting my skills in the Real Estate Business.  I have an advantage due to the fact that I am knowledgable in several aspects of this business!

I average 2-3 transactions per month.  That's enough to stay sharp with the details but little enough to be able to spend the proper amount of time with my clients.

I grew up in Valdosta Georgia, graduated from LHS and then VTS. Growing up here and having a large family has allowed me to become very familiar with my town.

I have also lived in Central and South Florida for the past 10 years and have worked with many people world-wide.  This has allowed me to become familiar with a diverse group of people and I have gained hundreds of investor contacts that still follow me around to purchase investment properties in the Georgia area.  Many of my Florida and Northern clients like to purchase here because prices are less, taxes and insurances are also lower than Florida and other areas that have similar climates to Florida.

As a mom of two children;Austin is 15 and Ashli is 11.  They bring joy , love and laughter to my life and I love spending time with them. I am in a serious relationship with a wonderful man who also has a daughter Lainey, she is 9 and I fell in love with her before I fell for her DAD! She and my daughter are the best of buds.

 I have never been the typical salesperson.  I have a warm southern style pesonality that people seem to really warm up to.  I specialize in helping my clients obtain the information and  knowledge they need to allow them to make a sound financial decision.

I'm looking for people who want help finding and purchasing a home.  I have properties in Savannah, Forsyth, Valdosta and Newnan Ga.  I am based in Valdosta Ga. which is 3.5 hrs South of Atlanta and 3 hrs North of Orlando  My typical clients are investors, retirees, first time buyers and down sizers.  I prefer working in the price range of $100,000 to $900,000.00.

I would rather work with people who don't want a lot of sales talk and pressure.  I like to make showing homes as easy and efficient as possible. I bring snacks and cold drinks.  I want people to go to my web site and get familiar with my listings. I would like people to send me their criteria for a home and then I can send them properties to view online via email and when they have chose several that meet their needs I will schedule an apointment to pick them up and take them on home tours.

I specialize in investment property, this is my passion, I love finding properties that are priced right, below apraised value in areas that are just beginning to take off, and that can be rented for a reasonable amount to cover and sometimes exceed the mtg. payments. 

This is what I have found in Valdosta Ga. an endless supply of homes near Valdosta State University and Moody Airforce Base under 120k, these homes can be rented from 750.00 to 950.00 per month-long term!  I take care of the renters and maintenance for you so you always have a local person you can trust to take care of your property.  I am also getting a lot of homes that range from 99,900 to 110,000 that are perfect for Section 8 tenants, the government will actually pay the rent direct to you on time every month and there is a huge need for section 8 housing in this area.  This is a win win situation!!

I also specialize in selling NEW HOMES for builders becaue they are priced comprable to older existing homes but have less issues and come with warranties, builders often will pay closing costs and require less deposits.  If you want an older home because of the location and character then we will have it inspected and make certain it is in the best shape for the price.
