I have been a full time Licensed Realtor since 1997 and have worked my way to being a Broker in 2000 and Sole Owner of Exit Real Estate of Ludnington in 2008.  The decision to open in a down market was difficult but, the results have been fantastic.  I love being part of the Downtown activities.   I have continued with my education earning additional designations including ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Specialist, and Certified Home Marketing specialist.  I have attended National Association of Realtors National Conference and other National and International conferences yearly. Every year I expand my knowledge by taking additional classes to keep up with the laws and trends of this wonderful profession.  I do all of this to help better serve my Clients.  It is exciting to be apart of the ever changing ways to market properties.  The Internet is my best tool even though they said it would never work.  I look forward to what the future has to offer.   

I am a member of National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, Mason-Oceana-Manistee Board of Realtors, Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council, Mason County Chamber of Commerce, Facebook, Linkedin, and twitter.  I am currently serving a third three year term as a Board Member of Habitat for Humanity of Mason County and I am serving as the Vice President.  I am a member of the Hamlin Lake Preservation Society.   

I am happily married to Teddy Koikas and enjoy spending time on Sunday with him at our home on Hamlin Lake, especially on our boat at the dunes.  I also enjoy collecting Department 56 Snow Village Christmas Houses.  I love everything Christmas.  I enjoy watching most sports, including NASCAR.  My favorite place to visit is Walt Disney World in Orlando.
