Earned the designation Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.   An experienced Mortgage Consultant with over 25 years in the industry.  My background has given me the expertise in all forms of mortgages including Conventional, FHA, USDA and VA and construction lending.  I am a graduate of the MBA School of Mortgage Banking and hold the designation of Graduate of Mortgage Lending GML from the Institute of Mortgage Lending with the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women.

I currently serve on the board of directors for the Mid Hudson Valley Mortgage Bankers Association in the role of By Laws Chair and meeting notices and have been an active member for over 21 years.  I was the charter president for the Hudson Valley Association of Professional Mortgage Women in 1990; I served on the National Board for over 2 years and remain a member today.  I regularly attend the Women's Counsel of Realtors and the Ulster and New Paltz Chamber of Commerce.
