As a Korean War Era veteran, I have lived in Mississippi, Texas, Matagorda Island, Washington and California. During my forty-six  years in Coffee County, I was Manager of Human Resources at Arnold Air Force base. For many years, I negotiated the labor contract with thirteen local unions.
