We are strategically located within minutes of the Metra train station & I-90 and I-88. We are approximately 40 minutes from O'Hare Airport off of I-90.

Certifications
I am a Certified Esidential Specialist. There are approximately 1 million REALTOR's in America according to the National Association of REALTOR's. Only about 4% currently hold this prestigious designation... it is sort of like the PHD in real estate. It has been a great assest in my professional career obtainig this designation becasue it has taught me not just how to sell real estate but it also helped me to focus on running a business, customer service training, marketing, business management, business planning, budgeting, etc.
I also have the Accredited Buyers Representative designation. Only about 2% hold this title and I can not tell you how much this course changed my real estate career. It should be on every REALTOR's list of goals to achieve. This designation concentrates on how to work with buyers in our market and how to represent them in their real estate transactions. This has been a tremendous benefit to both buyers and sellers.
I am a Graduate of the REALTOR's Institute and I highly recommend every licescee to go for their GRI designation. It is the foundation for success in the real estate industry. The fundamentals of real estate with practical "How To's" presented in a easy to understand fashion that brings excellence, resulting in closed transactions with satisfied customers and clients.

Geneva, Illinois is next to St. Charles and has the same wonderful amenities and ambiance. Elgin is one of the fastest growing cities in America, located midway between Chicago and Rockford Illinois. Housing is very affordable and we are conveniently located within easy access to these major forms of transportation.
