| I couldn’t be more ecstatic over the professionalism, heart, and pure love of what Chris does. She was there every step of the way, starting with looking at nearly every house in my price range on the MLS, to the day we FINALLY closed on the house. Through rough dealings with the mortgage company, she went out of her way to get me in touch with the right people to get my loan approved, and worked with the seller to get the contract amended to accommodate all of the changes. I could not possibly list all of the bumps along my road to being a homeowner, but Chris smoothed out every single one them, no matter what it took or what time of day it was. I have referred her to everyone I know, even if they aren’t ready to buy a house yet! | WOW! What a great experience I just had selling and buying a house through Chris Taylor! I happened to mention to her that I was "thinking" of selling my house and moving to Destin.....well, long story short......she had a client who was interested in my neighborhood, called me to see if I would show it, and SOLD IT that same day!!! Amazing in this market! Then, she spent many, many, many hours showing me homes and helping me understand the benefits of each one without pressuring me. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the current market as well as the current mortgage, tax and insurance info. I wanted to know everything there was about the market, and Chris was right on the money about everything..... many times telling me things I didn't realize. The buy was just as simple as the selling of my home. I've been in my new home for almost three weeks, and I LOVE IT! Chris helped me to find a perfect fit! Thanks Chris. You're the best!!! |
