The advent of the low cost mass production Digital Camera has brought Point and Click photography to the masses.  Therein lays the problem; underpowered flash, low quality lenses, small apertures and a lack of manual override to hone that perfect image.

Utilizing Point and Click photography in Real Estate is fine, sometimes, but when you're marketing a premium quality home, should you not have images that exude quality and show that home in its true light?  Bad lighting, lack of perspective, lack of depth and lack of focus are just some of the issues that Point and Click presents.   That cheap and quick photo shoot could quite simply be costing you months of extra marketing and loss of confidence in your ability from your home owner.

Every service I offer is designed to give you high quality print and web ready images. Producing brochures and flyers with 72 dpi web ready images simply does not portray the quality of the homes you are presenting. That is why we process all of our images for print at 300 dpi and then downscale them to 72 dpi for the web

Choice is also something that seems to be lacking with the current Agency Photographers, not only with the photographer themselves, but also with the shots they take - too many times I have seen badly framed and poorly lit images on many an HAR MLS listing. It's not difficult to use a digital camera, but it is a skill to use them to produce quality images.

With rirocIMAGING I have invested heavily in the latest high end, high quality Digital SLR Cameras with image stabilization, large aperture prime and wide angle lenses along with wireless high power flash units to make the most of every room in the home.  Knowing my equipment inside and out is important to me, and knowing how to use each and every piece of it to make the best of every location is paramount to the service I provide. As such I take my time composing the image; it's simply not just a case of Point and Click.  

Another key investment in the latest Digital Imaging Manipulation and Editing Software enables me to get the best possible results. All my images are processed in RAW format. RAW is the image data format as it comes directly off the camera with no in-camera processing applied. This gives me ultimate control when it comes to off camera manipulation of the exposure of each and every image.

Photographing today's million dollar homes demands images of outstanding quality.  rirocIMAGING can take this one step further by utilizing a process called HDR (High Dynamic Range) which explained in its simplest terms allows you to reveal highlights and shadow details in an image created from multiple exposures.

The HDR process requires the use of remote operated cameras on tripods to take 5 to 10 images in a row with varying exposure settings. Special software is then used to process these images to produce a High Dynamic Range image which shows an amazing amount of detail, tonal depth and light range.
