Get to Know Rick Ruggiero II
I grew up in the vagabond, oil-brat upbringing of the 80's and 90's. Anytime my sister and I were pulled out of school mid-day, and taken to a restaurant with cloth napkins, we knew what was coming; "So......we're moving again." We had a 1 year assignment keep us in one home for 3 years, and after building a dream home during a 5 to 7 year assignment, we were transferred over-seas within 8 months, 2 months after moving in. After living in 14 homes by my 14th birthday, I UNDERSTAND the stress involved not only in changing addresses, but essentially changing lives.
I left a promising career in advertising and sports-marketing because I realized I had an opportunity to provide an added value to my clients, relocation or otherwise, in that I've experienced their experience, on both sides of the transaction, as well as both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. I'm able to anticipate stressful situations, and meeet them head-on, minimizing the fall-out on the transferring family.
Ask me about the story of the lunch box the travelled across the pond. Or the lifetime Scandanavian Mustang lover, who found out that here in the States, he can afford TWO of his previously unattainable dream car. Or the saucer-eyed little girl the first time she stepped into a Ben & Jerry's. These are the stories that make what I do rewarding, and keep me up early (and often quite late) in order to write a new story with you.
