Rick Reed is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, MD. His expertise and 20+ years of experience has assisted Buyers and Sellers to achieve home ownership since 1991. Rick’s initial career was in the Mortgage Banking Industry prior to transitioning into Real Estate sales in 1994.
Rick is a dual licensed Realtor in the Washington D.C area; he is an Associate Broker in Maryland and in Washington D.C. His additional professional accreditations include the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE); both titles are specialist designations in the Real Estate Industry. As a businessman, he is the co-owner of "The Congressional Team" of Re/Max Realty Services.

| Rick worked quickly to find us a great house. He listened to what we were looking for and found several homes that fit our needs. He was understanding and patient since this was our first home search and took the time to explain every step of the process. He responds to emails and calls quickly and was great at scheduling multiple properties to view back to back which helped since we are a very busy couple. We spent 2 full days driving around to various properties (about a week apart) and had a signed contract within 2 weeks after our initial meeting with Rick. He even went above and beyond to get our contract signed since the selling agent was out of town, doing double the work, but not one complaint. He has helpful after the sale and we continue to communicate regularly. We plan on hiring Rick in the future. |
