| In September 2014, I contacted Rick Proctor, Realtor, Downing Frye. I wanted to buy a house in Naples. We met the next day to go over particulars – bedrooms, bath, amenities, cost, etc. Rick set me up with a mortgage company. We looked at between 8-10 houses until I found what I was looking for. We made an offer. During the negotiating process, Rick kept me abreast of daily happenings. Together we dealt with inspectors, appraisers, insurance company, mortgage company, title agency, painters, pool companies, and solar panel companies. He was extremely interested in things he hadn’t experienced before in his career, i.e. solar panels. He was interested in the learning process as well. He took every step with me. We closed on November 24, 2014. I’m now in my new home and loving it. I cannot say enough about the experience I had with Rick Proctor. He is the ultimate professional, totally represented me as my agent, and made sure things happened in a timely manner. It was fun and easy having Rick as my realtor. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a real estate agent. |
