Currently I am a Certified Distressed Property Specialist in Idaho specifically the Ada and Canyon County areas.  I am a member of the Ada County Association Realtors (ACAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Intermountain MLS, and a partner of the REO network, a premium member of RES.NET, registered and certified on EQUATOR as a REO agent and part of 28 other REO and BPO companies.

I specialize in all aspects of Real Estate working with Seller's, Buyer's and Developers.  There isn't a residential listing I can't handle and I've been know to sooth the toughest Buyer. 

I have been in real estate for over five years working REO's, Short Sales and regular listings filling the gaps with BPOs.   Currently I average over 300 BPOs a year and 24 to 25 closings a year.  For three years straight I have received the "Top Producer" award at my company. 

I am Idaho native that graduated in Middleton High School and went on to graduate at College of Idaho with a bachelors in Business Management.  In my spare time I referee High School basketball and am deeply involved in community activities and spending time with my beautiful wife and three kids.
