Serving buyers and sellers in our area has been a great joy for me and nothing makes me feel more satisfied than handing my clients the keys to their new home. My family has always had a love for real estate – we have a history of craftsman home builders, agents, and investors…and many of my weekends growing up were spent house hunting and visiting open houses (a tradition I continue with my family today).
I’ve always felt that helping find the right home is just the beginning of my job. Clients won’t receive a high pressured sales pitch, but a professional to partner with in their real estate transaction. With astute market knowledge, thoughtful negotiation skills, and experience in the home finance industry, my clients can be confident in making an acceptable offer that is well structured, protects their interests, and helps them to obtain the best price possible. I’ve established wonderful relationships with other industry experts to help close each sale professionally and smoothly.
