Richard has been a full-time Real Estate professional based in Marblehead, serving the North Shore and metro Boston for more than ten years. As a Certified Buyer Representative and a recognized Top Listing Associate, Richard serves the needs of buyers and sellers alike. Richard specializes in helping first-time home buyers and those in transition from one phase of home ownership to the next. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the North Shore Association of Realtors. He is past Chairman and a current member of the Legislative Committee for the North Shore Association of Realtors, actively working with legislators to protect property rights of homeowners throughout Massachusetts.

Richard has won several awards and recognitions for service and expertise including Excellence for Customer Service, Top Listing Associate and Top Selling Associate. I am a member and former Chairman of the North Shore Association of Realtors Legislative Committee, representing the Real Estate community, bringing important issues before the state legislature to influence public policy as it relates to the Real Estate industry in Massachusetts. Richard is a Harvard alumni having graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University.
Key competencies include superior communication and presentation skills, excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills, and technical expertise with social media platforms, CRM and marketing systems. Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. Richard is married and has a daughter who graduated from Swampscott High School and the Salem State University Nursing Program. Richard volunteers for the Aids Action Committee and My Brother’s Table in Lynn.
