| Robert always provided valuable training for our team. He was attentive to the representatives needs and was passionate about making sure that the topics were understood and that the rep could apply his teachings. Robert would also go out of his way to personally help, one on one, with the representative to assure that they understand the product solution for a client as well as specifically going over a client propostion prior to the representative visiting with the client. Plus if the rep needed further assistance, Robert would join him/her at the meeting with the client to assist or further answer the clients questions or concerns.
