My philosophy is simple: work hard, work smart, and enjoy what I do. I believe that client satisfaction is the key to success. I enjoy a solid reputation, both with brokers and clients. I’ve worked hard for that; I grew up with a big dose of my grandparents Texas farm work ethic, honesty, directness, sunrise to sunset, a hand shake.

I believe that a good agent is a good listener, a good communicator and a good problem solver. Loyalty, referrals, and repeat business mean a lot to me. It’s important to me that my clients truly understand the job we do for them. We are not ‘salespeople’, we are marketing agents. We represent and counsel clients in their purchase or sale of real estate.

Our job is threefold: representing a seller; the first step is marketing the property to maximize its exposure to potential buyers. Representing a buyer, the first step is to help the buyer assess his/her needs and then locate a home that best suits those needs, no matter the time involved. The second phase of the process is to negotiate the most favorable position for our client. The third phase and equally important is to manage the process thru to close. This requires constant and consistent communication with all entities involved in the transaction so that we reach a successful conclusion to the transaction and do so in a timely manner. It’s a process that I enjoy and look forward to.
