My name is Reva Harris and I live in Titusville, Florida. Strongly believing that one cannot do a good job without focus and in depth knowledge, I work primarily within a 5 mile area. About half my work is with commercial properties and the rest is with waterfront condos and homes in our historic waterfront residential area. I have a masters degree from the University of Central Florida and my undergraduate degree is from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee. My degrees and experience in education and counseling serve my clients well.

About three years ago, I started work on CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). But my best schooling has been working with experienced developers and investors. I have the great privilege of working for Tony Cabrera of Epoch Corporation on his mixed use project in Historic Downtown Titusville. I have helped Anthony O' Flaherty with his investment properties in Titusville - buying and leasing both large and small buildings. I leased over 12,000 square feet to the Artic Slope Aerospace Corporation just last year. They are designing the space vehicle which will replace the space shuttles. About four years ago, I worked with several shopping center developers. Right now, I am the listing agent for the last mult-family parcel in La Cita County Club and am looking forward to seeing through not only the sell but also the development on the 44 condos.

I have also counseled many investors (speculators) who bought waterfront condos during pre-construction here in Titusville. Having been involved in over 25 transactions at one complex, I have in depth knowledge that no one else has. I have sold and leased these homes. Now, unfortuately most of the activity is with investors/speculators needing the cooperation of the lenders on short sales.

In the past several years, I have been involved in over 75% of the commercial transactions in Historic Downtown Titusville and along the major corridors of US 1, Garden St. and Hwy 50 (to Orlando). I personally own 8 commercial properties (therefore the interest and network) which I  renovate, lease, and manage. Ever heard that to make money in commercial you have to see what others can't? That is my belief also. Having bought some of the ugliest buildings, I focus on the location and possibilities - then renovate. So far, it works!

I work with developers and have a good relationship with city staff. Lots of experience with shopping center and mixed use developers makes me the "go to" person in the area.

Right now, I am working short sales with condos, particularly Harbor Pointe (complex of 210 units - waterfront with a marina). And, some of my young contractor friends are keeping me busy buying foreclosures to renovate and flip. They are making more money than in the "boom" and with less risk. The new millionaires are being made NOW. I love these young guys with such focus and vision. It is exciting to work with them.
