I've been a full time real estate professional since 1991 and have built a strong business that is based on referrals from past clients, friends and family. Many of my clients become close friends and I truly love those relationships because I am watching the kids grow, hear about the awsome vacations, help celebrate the baptisms, communions, graduations and weddings!
Prior to real estate, I worked in Downtown Chicago at Continental Bank in their MasterCard Department. Starting fresh out of high school, I developed an area of the New Accounts Department starting as a mail clerk, graduating to the Authorization Supervisor and Assistant Manager responsible for writing training programs and quality assurance. The bank sponsored me as I traveled the country learning techniques from some of the finest quality control experts and then took that experience to New York to train the staff at Chemical Bank. It's this customer service oriented attitude and attention to detail from writing and training that I carry over into my real estate career.
My family consists of my husband of 39 years, son & his wife & 2 grandchildren, daughter & her husband, my mom, 7 brothers & their wives, 22 nieces & nephews. I foster stray, abandoned & abused cats & kittens, volunteer with my local blood bank, cook breakfast at a local homeless shelter and numerous capacities at my church. I represent my office at monthly RE/MAX Sales Advisory Committee meetings and have a personal business coach with Brian Buffini's group to keep me on track to provide the highest level of service to my clients.
Jenni is my personal assistant.
I love working with elderly folks who need extra guidance, first time home buyers who need to learn what to look for, and people moving into the Chicago area who need to learn about our great city. Your referrals to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, church members and anyone else you know who could benefit from the type of service I provide are greatly appreciated. Everyone is treated like a member of my own family.
I'm very detailed oriented and love the challenge of negotiations and getting the best deals for my clients! Patience and understanding are also very important skills in this profession. I employ a business coach to keep me on track and also to network with other professionals throught North America.
My goal is to provide a superior level of informed and professional real estate services specializing in first time homebuyers, relocations, and senior citizens.
