Look no further.  I have a comfort zone well beyond "hot markets".  As a beginning Agent in the 80's it was all about training and setting goals.  In the 90's Real Estate became second nature, and as a Multi Million Dollar Producer year after year, I honed my skills to the love of the industry, and to "take care" of client needs. Years 2000 (s) was the start of the BOOM years. Once again we started into a transition in the industry. My observation is that eEach transaction is special, and unique.  It is my goal is to make the purchase or sale of a home an excellent experience.  Experience has taught me how to predetermine problems, so that clients focus on the end goal and their experience, with a Professional Realtor is a positive one. My years in the industry as a Professional,  have  given me the insight to make that goal achievable !
