My husband and I met Renata over a year ago when we began our home search. We had called the agent listed on a home for sale that we were interested in - turned out to be a property that was listed by Renata. The home was already in a sale pending status, but allowed us thre chance to meet for the first time. Renata was very helpful by searching and sending listings that met our criteria in the home we were looking for. Renata never pressured or pushed us. Her communication is amazing. She promptly returned calls, emails and texts and kept us posted on any matters that needed follow up. Recently we found a home that we put an offer in on and were very excited to buy. Renata provided contact information for several inspectors, attorneys and mortgage lenders. Renata was present during the home inspection that went from not so good, to bad, to oh no are you kidding me. She was very supportive of the emotional toll it was having on us and knew we needed time to think about how we wanted to proceed. She was respectful of our decision to rescind our offer. The same evening we found a home online that knocked out socks off- Renata had us in the next morning for a showing and assisted us again in submitting an offer. The next 28 days were crazy with the inspection, mortgage paperwork, attorney documents, etc. Renata was able to assist us and nudge all parties involved to keep our target closing date.... And did it successfully. I highly recommend Renata!
