Through a loyal and mutually rewarding relationship, I apply my experience to help clients with their real estate needs, always working with honesty and integrity. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I worked with Private Banking customers analyzing and approving their lending needs and preparing closing documents and title paperwork in a real estate attorney’s office. Now I provide experienced real estate consulting and implementation services to Pinellas County sellers and buyers. Last year, I again was a multi-million dollar producer. By providing professional and dedicated service to my customers, I earn referrals to many of their family and friends.

I have several of the most important certifications in real estate, including my GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), my CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist and my CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). As you consider your upcoming real estate transaction, I would urge you to research the agent with whom you to choose to work carefully. These certifications mean that I have received special training in regard to these areas and I have to stay current to maintain them. Between my education and experience, I believe I am able to help you have the most successful transaction, from finding the right home, to negotiating the best price, to working through the contract and closing process. I have developed some excellent skills over my 20+ years working in connection with the real estate market. I have worked for title companies before, so I understand that process. I have worked for banks in the mortgage lending area, so I am able to speak knowledgeably with lenders and assist you with the application and approval process. Finally, as a full-time agent, I have extensive negotiation skills, market awareness and existing professional network.

| A little over a year ago I started looking at homes from afar to become a snowbird calling several realtors many of whom either didn't call back, cared more about their commission than my needs, or had lack luster about their career; I'm also not a novice flipping many homes in the past up north. With that said, Rebecca truly was outstanding in every way possible! It DOES make a difference hiring broker who is very experienced A-Z, it can and will make or break a deal. She actually "listened" to my needs then guided me accordingly knowing each and every neighborhood or pocket of St Pete to find me a good fit. I happened to find a place that went on the market the that night, calling her before work hours the next morning not to mention we hadn't even personally met yet, dropping everything to be at the property on a moments notice. This was not a normal deal either, it was a hot property that had several offers immediately but she whisked us off to her office to get the contracts out asap, all the while remaining in constant contact w/the other broker whom she had a very good rapport with. In addition, Rebecca made great suggestions throughout the negotiations which I was hesitant to accept because often I think I know it all but her personality and knowledge allowed me to trust her which ultimately lead to edging out the other offers to get my home. Bottom-line Rebecca was the deciding factor in getting my home! Then to top it off she had a vacation planned having to leave prior to the closing but had a great business partner Fonda to assist w/any last minute questions or details all the while Rebecca kept checking in w/me despite being on vacation - now that's commitment. | Rebecca was right there helping me navigate through the whole process from beginning to end. Diligent search for my new home to find the perfect fit. Then took over with contacting and making appointments with all the various trades (appraisal, inspections, etc) that was required to put paperwork together for mortgage company. I am in my home now and her assistance was priceless! |

| Through the years Rebecca has kept us apprised of recent sales in our area – this regular communication of information allowed us to make a reasoned decision on when to sell. So of course we turned to her to list. She has just sold an income property for us. The property was priced exactly right for the market and we had a contract in two days of the listing. Rebecca was spot-on with negotiations and we’re very happy with the end result, so much so that she’s about to list another property for us for sale. |

| We have bought and sold several houses and Rebecca Stewart is by far the best realtor we have ever had. Both of the houses she listed for us sold in a short amount of time. One of the homes she actually had a buyer for even before the sign went out in the yard! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs their house sold ASAP. |
