i have been active full time in real estate since 1978......i have a broker license here in new york state  as well as in florida....have taken many real estate course work in various areas especially in investment/commercial real estate...the benefit to my customers is that i have gained a great deal of exlperince and have alot of information to share in the home/investment process.
