Certifications
Realty Station is owned and managed by Janice Beam. Janice has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 25 years, first as an investor and landlord, then as a real estate agent, then as a broker. Janice is the spouse of a retired navy submariner and is very supportive of the military.
Marlene Scheffer works with homebuyers and sellers in all areas of Kitsap County. Marlene has been a licensed agent for more than ten years. As a navy spouse, Marlene enjoys serving military clients, and works largely by referral. Marlene is an Accredited Buyers Representative, an Accredited Staging Professional, and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
Terry Wimmer also works with buyers and sellers, and as the spouse of a navy submariner, she enjoys helping fellow military families. Terry also acts as the office manager for the company.
Renee' Chester is both a licensed real estate agent and property manager for Realty Station. She has been licensed in Washington State for more than seven years. Renee' is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
