Business Philosophy Raised in Southern California with nearly 20 years in sales and entrepreneurial work. I believe in giving my clients the best customer service. I believe in honesty and integrity, have knowledge of the purchasing process, well versed in marketing and the tools available to me and I understand what it takes to drum up responsiveness you need for your listing. Personal Background I spent my early years as a freelance makeup artist and then turned my interest to booking agent for other artists working in fashion and entertainment industry. I ran a boutique agency in West Hollywood, and started a cosmetic company that has sold internationally and has been written up in several publications including LA Times. My product and idea was called "innovative" by cosmetic insider magazines, won top packaging against some of the great elite cosmetic brands. I studied Communication at CSULA and Public Relations at UCLA which has been indelible to my career and throughout my life in marketing and sales. When I moved to OC CALI in 2007, I managed 30 plus employees and ran a 5 million dollar + business which was an incredible learning experience. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine and I had bought and sold personal property so it seemed natural to begin a career in Real Estate with the reputable Coldwell Banker residential brokerage in Laguna Niguel. I'm dedicated, hard working, think outside the box and have impeccable communication and follow through. I think business should be done with respect, trust and clear and timely communication. People who know me, know they can count on me and that I will always give my very best. I like to think that I am both creative and analytical. Trying to fit in a lot of laughs and live life to its fullest, helping people with the most important purchase or sale of their life. I'm involved with various Orange County magazine, editors and journalists and social clubs. I believe in networking and think its the best way to get the word out about a property or listing.
