I have over 15 years of real estate and property management experience. I have worked in residential, new construction and commercial real estate. I know how to successfully and efficiently negotiate a short sale ( although they aren't a ton of fun), loan modifications and I also have done over 200 CMA/ Bpo's Market analysis's in my home area of Northern California as well as worked for 6 months doing the same in Sunny San Diego. I can fell a market and know what to look for. My number one goal is customer satisfaction. I love putting people into their homes period. I do have a soft spot for first time home buyers but I also have several re-occurring clients that are into real estate investment.
