The Law Office of Attorney Robert J. DeLeon was established in 1996 and is a full-service law firm located in central Connecticut and serving all of New Haven, Litchfield, Hartford, Fairfield and Middlesex Counties.  Attorney DeLeon gives personalized service and his support staff has a combined 40 years of experience representing clients in residential and commercial real estate closings, refinances, landlord-tenant issues and title matters.  Attorney DeLeon had previously been an Assistant to Corporation Counsel for the City of Waterbury, Connecticut and was responsible for negotiating and drafting City contracts with an emphasis on commercial lease agreements.  He also served as chief counsel for the Connecticut Property Owners Association, a state-wide landlord advocacy group.  The Law Office works in conjunction with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, conventional lenders, first-time home buyers and investors and assists in any landlord-tenant matters that arise after purchase of investment property.
