Patience, Persistence and Good Will are my claims to fame. I am a seasoned, professional full time real estate agent. I currently coach and mentor new agents who begin their careers here at Coldwell Banker Hearthside. Unique, historical and unusual homes seem to find me; something I really enjoy. Riverfront properties have been a specialty, as have log homes. I also enjoy working with first time buyers, am sensitve and respectful of downsizing seniors, and have a special knack for tricky negotiaions especially in equitable distribution circumstances.

As a member of both the Lehigh Valley and Bucks County Boards of Realtors my primary market area is comprised of a diverse area. My working knowledge of Upper Bucks County, the Delaware River Valley and the Southern Lehigh Valley regions allows me to serve clients with a broad range of interests. I hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations. Membership in NAR (the National Association of Realtors) and PAR (the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors) helps me keep in touch with others who grow and thrive in this most interesting vocation. In 2004 I received the Rising Star of the Year award in my office, and am also a member of the Hearthside Executive Club.
