I find I get the most from educating people on what their options are and what is also available based on their overall financial picture. Working with First Time Homebuyers is probably my favorite part of this career. In the beginning of the home buying process, it can be an uneasy, if not a frightening time for people. Going over a timeline of what happens durring a home purchase and being there all the way through the process, is what my clients have enjoyed the most.
